Are you looking for a quick and easy installation or repair for your coax cable? Our F-type twist on connector for RG59 offers a crimp and solder free solution for terminating your connector. This makes it easy to perform the termination without any prior experience. For this installation you will need: RG59 cable, a strip tool, and a twist on connector. Start by stripping back the jacket using the strip tool. The jacket should be stripped about ½ an inch and dielectric down to ¼ of an inch. Then pull back the shield and begin to insert the connector onto the cable. Simply push the connector onto the cable. While applying pressure, twist the connector onto the cable to complete termination. The center conductor of the cable will act as your center pin for making contact with your equipment.
