How do I return a product?

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders under the following conditions.
- Government agencies, universities, hospitals and other public institutions are free to submit purchases orders without any credit review.
- Companies and Corporations must submit a credit application.
- There is a $100 minimum for all purchase orders
How can I get a quote?
If you would like to receive a quote on items from our site, please fill your shopping cart with the items you need. Once complete, proceed to your shopping cart by clicking the cart button near the top right of the page. Then select "Request a Quote". Follow the instructions on that page to receive a quote.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, click "Track My Order" at the top right of any page and enter your email address and order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Our site, however does not handle any shipments outside of Canada and the United States. Please send a request to Sales@ShowMeCables.com and we will send you a quote for your order.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in our Chesterfield, Missouri headquarters. Simply select "Pickup in Chesterfield, MO" as your shipping option. There are no shipping charges and your order will be waiting in will call.
