What is your order cut-off time?
Lead Times - In-stock orders will usually be shipped the same day, if the order is placed by 4 PM, CT. Out-of-stock, or custom items may require a lead time between 2 to 5 days.
What are your tolerances on cables?
- The length tolerance is within minus ¼" or plus 2", for cables up to 3 feet.
- The length tolerance is within minus 2" or plus 6", for cables between 3 feet (plus) to 8 feet.
- The length tolerance is within minus 6" or plus 11", for cables over 8 feet.
- The cable passes the minimum standards for its type or category.
- The color is any shade or variation of the color ordered (no exact color matching).
What are the available shipping options?
- Next Day Early AM - Will be delivered by 8:30 am the next morning after shipping of order, only available in metropolitan areas.
- Next Day Air - Will be delivered by 10:30 am in metropolitan areas, and by 4:30 pm in rural areas the next business day after shipping of order.
- Next Day Air Saver - Will be delivered by 4:30 pm the next business day after shipping of order.
- 2nd Day Air - Will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day after shipping of order.
- 3rd Day Air - Will be delivered by the end of the 3rd business day after shipping of order.
- Ground 1-5 Day - Will be delivered within 1-5 business days after shipping of order.
- FedEx SmartPost – Will be delivered within 3-7 business days after receipt of order. Tracking information is provided.
- Small or Large Flat Rate 1-3 Day – Will be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipping of order. The US Postal Service provides tracking information with this service.
- Economy Ground 5-7 Day - Will be delivered within 5-7 business days after receipt of order, the US Postal Service, no tracking information is available.
- International Shipping - ShowMeCables will ship internationally. Our site will automatically produce shipping rates for Canada. If you desire shipment to other countries, please call us to quote shipping costs. Please also note that the customer is responsible for all tariffs and/or taxes that are assessed by the United States or the country of shipment.
Can I use my own UPS or Fedex shipping number?
You can use your own FedEx or UPS account number instead of paying ShowMeCables directly for the shipping charges. FedEx or UPS will bill your account separately and independently for the shipping charges. ShowMeCables is not aware of your negotiated rate and cannot provide exact or estimated shipping prices. By using your UPS or FedEx account, you may be billed for multiple shipments as we ship from a variety of locations throughout the United States.
Do you offer local pickup?
Due to Covid, our normal pickup process has changed. Please call us at 888-519-9505 to arrange customer pickup.
Please feel free to select Customer Pick-Up when checking out. There are no shipping charges and your order will be waiting for you when you arrive at our location. Please call ahead to ensure the order is ready to be picked up.

What payment forms do you accept?
ShowMeCables accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover Electronically. We utilize a Verisign secure payment gateway. ShowMeCables gladly extends term and accepts purchase orders (POs) with the following general guidelines:
- Companies and Corporations must submit a credit application.

- Please click here to download the credit application.
- There is a $100 minimum for all purchase orders.
- To place your order, check out as usual and select "Purchase Order" as your payment method. Then fax your purchase order to 888-519-9515 ShowMeCables is happy to accept wire transfers as payment for your order. Please continue check out after selecting wire transfer in the payment option area of the checkout page. The order will be submitted and will be on a ship wait status until the wire is confirmed.
