The L-Com FCA-S2SZ-SCASCA-01M OS2 single mode fiber patch cable at ShowMeCables, also known as a fiber optic patch cord or fiber jumper cable, is terminated with fiber optic connectors on both ends. This simplex form factor cable is available with SC/APC to SC/APC connectors and it is ready for deployment in any single mode 9/125 network. Our SC/APC to SC/APC connector fiber patch cable is 100% optically inspected as well as tested for insertion loss.
The 9/125 fiber patch cable has connectors that utilize an APC (Angled Physical Contact) polish, which provides optimal performance as compared to a standard UPC single mode fiber patch cable. Our yellow jacket patch cable is comprised of Corning optical fiber with cladding. This OS2 single mode fiber patch cable is immune to electrical interference that makes it more suitable for fiber network deployments, Ethernet, server farms, and FTTX applications.
Our SC/APC to SC/APC connector patch cable comes with ceramic ferrules and is wrapped in an LSZH rated jacket which gives off very little smoke and does not produce toxic halogen based gasses. This FCA-S2SZ-SCASCA-01M fiber cable has a 1 meter length along with multiple length options per variant. The 9/125 micron fiber patch cable is well suited for service providers, enterprise networks, data centers, cloud storage, and IT departments.
