This Lightning Protector from L-com provides the user with superior surge protection for 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet networks. It is compatible with 802.3at POE+ devices. It is also compatible with Access Points, Servers and Routers without POE functionality. Metal housing and safety ground are isolated from the jacks minimizing the chance for ground loops when using shielded cables. Shielded jacks reduce EMI noise. For longer runs, two are recommended, one at either end of the run.
