The DisplayPort to DVI cable allows you to connect your DisplayPort enabled equipment to a DVI display. This allows you to enjoy crisp, 1080p video at resolutions up to 1920x1200.
Please note: This cable is designed to go from a DisplayPort image source (computer or laptop) to a DVI display. It will not convert a DVI port on your computer to DisplayPort. It is a video only cable and will not send audio signals. To make sure it will work with your system check to see if your DisplayPort outlet supports DP++ or DisplayPort++ (dual mode).
