About the position:
The Installation Coordinator provides direct engagement with Contractors and Customers managing the logistics of installation activities to clients’ needs and specification along with the goal of providing excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for:
Provide technical support to Technicians and General Contractors
Managing site scheduling for installation from concept to completion
Effectively communicate with general contractors to determine site readiness/documentation of time worked
Provide opportunity to lead, execute, and monitor operation workflo
Write job descriptions that evolve into work orders
Serve as the liaison between contractors and customers through the completion of the installation proc
Proactively monitors each installation to identify potential concerns before, during, and after install
Establish positive working relationships to ensure a successful project completion
Support team members when needed; including but not limited to clerical, scheduling, and data input
Others duties as assigned
What you should have:
Working knowledge of GP
1+ year customer service/interfacing
Strong technical aptitude; previous Installation, Construction, or Project Management experience interfacing with Technicians and Contractors is preferred
Strong project management skills
Understanding of floor plans
Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities, deadlines, and handle multiple tasks at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
