The Middle Atlantic Horizontal Distribution Rack HDR4 is a wall-mount rack that provides two independent mounting areas for patch panels, switches, hubs and routers. The upper bay mounts patch panels and pivots 100° with positive stop for punch downs. The lower bay mounts switches, hubs, and routers and pivots 15° for easy access to rear connections.
The beveled, front door includes flanges on all sides for added security. It can be locked shut, but is vented to ensure that equipment remains cool. This rack supports up to 150 lb. of equipment.
Multiple electrical knockouts accommodate electrical conduits and Wiremold 4000 Series raceway. And abundant cable, tie-points and a 24' length of hook and loop fasteners are also included for more efficient cable management. These features also include a 7' x 4' pass-through on the backpan and 4' cable-duct knockouts on the top, bottom, and sides of the rack.
