DB15 Products from ShowMeCables
DB15 is a type of serial cable that is made using 15 pins. DB15 is sometimes confused with VGA, which also has 15 pins, but DB15 has its pins in two rows while VGA uses three rows. DB15 used to be very common on computers, typically used for monitors until it was replaced by VGA. Newer machines are not built with DB15 by default but plenty of older machines with DB15 connections are still in service. DB15 connectors come disassembled and can be wired using whatever pinout (wiring scheme) is needed. If the pinout needs to be changed, the pins can be extracted as well as inserted with this tool.
