Our TRG502-T4T is built with special, high flex 24AWG stranded conductors making it suitable for continuous motion applications. The cable is rated to 1 and 10 million flex cycles tested to 10 and 20 times the cable diameter respectively. The FR-TPE jacket is resistant to sunlight (UV), oils, chemicals and weld spatter and maintains a UL CMX flame rating. The D-code M12 connectors are IP68 rated when properly mated and their secure threaded design makes accidental disconnects almost impossible which protects your critical applications from failure.
