This Lightning Protector from L-com provides the user with superior surge protection for 10/100 Base-T Ethernet networks. This surge protector is compatible to 802.3at Power-over-Ethernet-Plus (POE+) devices. It is also compatible with Access Points, Servers and Routers with or without POE functionality. It’s design utilizes a Thyristor Diode that switches to a low impedance state when triggered. Fully shielded jacks are located inside a weather and impact resistant box. 2 PG-16 Cable Glands can fit a pre-terminated RJ45 cable with no boot.
