Ordered the USB Serial DB25 Cable by mistake, meant to order the DB9 to USB cable instead, my mistake. Did not try to return the DB25 cable since it was due to my brain malfunction. The DB9 cable came and all was good till I tried to install the driver; bad CD, could not even read what was on the CD. Good thing I had the CD for the DB25 adapter, same drivers, the CD with the DB25 adapter installed fine, no problems with the CD. Appears they need to double check the cd for issues before they ship. Otherwise, good product.

I received the order promptly; but the cables should have male screws to tighten to the printer. I spoke with Salesman and the correct cables will be sent asap.

All in all, a very efficient and pleasant purchase experience. I was suprised to see that the cables were 12in instead of 6in as advertised online. For a group that otherwise seems to be firing on all cylinders this was an odd error.

We used to take a Docking station to every location inorder to access our switch, now we can just plug it directly into our laptop
