PROS: The product works really well; Super fast
    CONS: None specified
I purchased some new bluetooth headphones a month ago, but since the plug that works with the headphones is TRRS based (made for cell phones) I couldn't use them with my computer at work. My computer at work has a separate audio output and microphone input port. I purchased this adapter to split the plugs and it works flawlessly!

A good way to get double duty out of you cell phone headset by allowing it to be fully functional on a computer. The adapter divides the single plug of a cell phone headset so that it can be used in the headphone and microphone receptacles of a laptop or desktop.

    PROS: On time
CONS: I couldn’t get it to work
I tried Apple brand headphone that came with an iPhone 5s and an older pair of Adiddas headphones. Both work fine with multiple iPhones and Mac computers, but I could not get the microphone input to work on a PC with this adapter. The mic input does work with an older PC style headset with two plugs so I don't think the PC is the problem. Customer service all through this experience was excellent. I reached somebody immediately via live chat and he offered me a refund right away. I will buy from showmecables again, but not this adapter.

There is a lot of confusion online whether this adapter works with the new earpods from Apple. I stumbled upon showmecables.com looking for someone (ANYONE) to confirm yes or no, the adapter works. I found the product, initiated a chat, Tony helped me out and was confident it would work but reassured me that I could easily return it if I was unhappy, placed the order, got it a few days later, does just what I need it to do.

    PROS: Works great
    CONS: As expected
If you want to use the built in mic that comes with earbuds or headphones for apple devices with a PC, these are great. The seem sturdy, and the price is right. Obviously volume buttons don't work. I use these with Klipsch STATUS headphones which came with an iphone cable. This nice product let me use this headset for VOIP on my PC cheaply and conveniently.
