Cable Clips for Single Coax or Ethernet with 1/2 inch Screw - 100 Pack - Black

Cable clips are a quick and convenient way to route and install cable without damaging the jacket.  They can be used for pre-wire or finished construction.  They are made from high impact ABS plastic and can withstand the forces of installation.  The pre-installed 1/2 inch screw makes it easy to grab and put in place. They can be installed using a phillips head screw driver. Unlike staples, the molded plastic clips won't damage or slice the cable jacket.  Sold in packs of 100.

PROS: The product works really well; Super fast
    CONS: None specified
I bought 200 of these not to be used for Coax or Ethernet cable, but to hold up my wire fence. I said why not, I didn't have to hammer staples and the screws will stay in place. They fit the wire perfectly. We'll see how they stand up to the weather, but for the price...if they wear out I'll just buy more.

Product could not be found at local hardware or big box stores. Show Me Cables does carry them and work great. The only downside is that they come 100 to a package and I only need about 20 of them (actually only used about 5). I may send the rest to my son-in-law in AR who may have use for them. Recommend they be sold in smaller quantities.

I look like they would hold up nicely with long screw and full circle clamp. I'll let you know how they work when the ice and snow clears so I can install them.

This also works with an outdoor rated Cat5e cable which is what we mostly deploy. The quality is always consistent, never missing screws, never a bad plastic part. The price is good too. Excellent!

Q: Will cable clips damage my cable?

A: Absolutely not.  The molded plastic is free from sharp edges so you can safely use these during installation.

Q: Are they reusable?

A: While it is possible to pull them out and reuse them, often times the clips are damaged while removing them.  We recommend using a new clip each time.

Q: What is the difference between a nail clip and a screw clip?

A: Nail clips are quick to install and are slightly less permanent than screw clilps.  They can be installed into a wider variety of material such as wood, mortar, and brick.  Screw clips take longer to install, but will provide a long lasting cable routing solution.
