PROS: The product works really well; Super fast
    CONS: None specified
This little gizmo is hard to find. I have a box in the floor which I have pulled a pair of data lines to. The box cover is designed for a standard round 110vt ac outlet. This little plate is the key to conversion to do exactly what is needed.

Q: Why do I need to use a wall plate?

A: Wall Plates provide a professional clean looking finish to home theatre or office networks. A wall plate will keep your cables neat and tucked away behind the wall. If you are connecting cables to equipment too far away to hide the cable, running the cable through the wall plate behind a wall is the best solution to keep installation organized.

Q: What is a gang?

A: Wall plates are very specific for your intended use. Gang is one feature used to distinguish how many ‘side-by-side’ elements in an electrical box are included in the wall plate. Gang does not refer to the number of ports available, for example a double-gang wall plate may offer 4 ports.

Q: Can I install a wall plate without a solid supportive wood or metal wall?

A: For installing wall plates on plaster or drywall use a mounting plate to strengthen the installation points. A mounting box is another option for installing wall plates for surfaces like brick or concrete. The mounting box can be mounted on the wall using adhesive and a standard wall plate can be attached to the front.
