Have older ATT phone w/pushbuttons and keyboard that I didn't want to part with. Handset cord plug broke. Could not find a gray short length cord until I went on-line. Show Me Cables had just what I needed. Ordered and before I knew it, the product was in my mail box. Plugged in and I was back in business. Fast service, great price.

I decided to buy a new phone cord for my land line phone because mine had a small cut in it. Every now & then people on the other end would say they couldn't hear me very well. This new phone cord fixed that problem! I had no idea how stretched out my cord was until I got this new one. It works great and the color match was perfect! I'm a happy customer.

Ordered three handset cords. Description said 6 foot but its not. Go the next size up if you want a longer cord.

Why are the cables much shorter than the listed length?

The cable length that is listed is the uncoiled length. This is an industry standard practice of measuring handset cords. So the 6 foot cable once coiled is only around 13 inches. The 12 foot cable's coiled length is 20 inches. The 25 foot cable's coiled length is 45 inches.

What is the difference between Standard Lead and Extended Lead?

The difference is the length of the flat (uncurled) leads at the end of the cord. Extended lead handset cords feature a 4 inch uncurled end. While a standard phone cord has a 1.5 inch uncurled end. The length you need depends on your phone. If you need to route the cable under the base of your phone then an extended lead will give you a longer uncurled end. Most customers use the 1.5 inch standard handset cord.

Will those handset cords fit my phone system?

Yes, all of these handset cords will fit your phone, even recessed phones. The connectors on a handset cord are a standard throughout the industry
