PROS: The product works really well; Super fast
    CONS: None specified
The excellent customer service here helped me to buy this great item because I did not know such a thing existed or what it was called. It is the exact solution to plugging in my older monitor so I could have a dual-screen set up. It is easy to use (screws onto the original plug) and and very inexpensive. It works great, it's not too bulky so you can set it right next to another plug on your PC. If you have an older screen to plug to a newer computer this is your perfect solution, a real 5 star item!
