What does keystone mean?
Keystone refers to a standardized modular system where different jacks can be snapped into wall plates, surface-mount boxes, or a patch panel. Any keystone module (or jack) will fit in any keystone plate or panel.

What is the difference between dual-row and single-row jacks?
"Dual row" and "single row" refer to the configuration of the 110-type IDC connectors on the back. There is no performance difference for your network. Some people consider the single-row jacks easier to terminate. The dual-row jacks are narrower in the back and will be able to fit into some compact environments, such as patch panels, where the single-row jacks may be too wide. Both styles will work fine with wallplates.

Which manufacturers' wall plates, patch panels and surface mount boxes will these jacks work with?
The dimensions of all keystone products are standardized, so these jacks should work with keystone products from any manufacturers. Some of the most popular brands are ICC, Panduit, and Leviton.
