    I ordered two adapters because I wasn't certain which I needed. This one made a funny buzzing noise, and I returned it and received credit very promptly without any hassle. Great customer service. (The other adapter worked fine.)

    There wash high frequency noise on both my end and the callers end. You could hear the person and they could hear me, but the noise was so loud and irritating no one could stand it.

    I tried to connect a Plantronics Freehand to our Shoretel via the Plantronics Vista booster. No sound or mic so probably not designed for that. Bummer.
