What does conductor spacing mean?

Pitch refers to the amount of space between pins in a connector. Ribbon cable comes in a wide variety of pitch sizes and it is important to make sure that the ribbon cable has the same pitch size as your connector. ShowMeCables only offers .05 inch pitch size cables, which are commonly used for Parallel ATA applications.

I need a 9 (or any number) conductor ribbon cable, but you don't sell it. What should I do?

ShowMeCables only offers 25 or 50 conductor ribbon cable, because these cables can fulfill virtually any need. Ribbon cable can easily be trimmed to suit the number of conductors you need: simply count out the number of conductors you need and tear after the last conductor.
