What is your order-cutoff time?
Most orders placed before 4 pm CST will be shipped same
day. Tracking information will be sent to the provided email
address when the pacakge ships.
Next Day Earl AM- Will be delivered by 8:30 am
the next morning after shipping. This service is only
available in metropolitan areas.
Next Day Air- Will be delivered by 10:30 am in
metropolitan areas, or by 4:30 pm in rural areas the next business
day after shipping.
Next Day Air Saver- Will be delivered by 3:30 pm the next
business day after shipping.
2nd Day Air- Will be delivered by the end of the 2nd
business day after shipping.
3rd Day Air- Will be delivered by the end of the 3rd
business day after shipping.
Ground 3-5 Day- Will be delivered 3-5 business days after
shipping.
Economy Ground 5-7 Day- Will be delivered within 5-7
business days after receipt of the order through the US Postal
Service. Please note, no tracking information will be
available.
Shipping days are based on business days, Monday-Friday, per
FedEx and UPS Terms and Conditions.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Our default carrier is UPS. Please note that if Economy
Ground is offered we will use the US Postal Service. If
Economy Ground is selected no tracking information will be
available. We also ship UPS if you provide your account
number.
Do you offer freight shipping?
Yes, for larger orders we use freight shipping. Shipping
is calculated individually and billed at fair market rates.
Do you ship to APO or FPO boxes?
Yes, we ship to APO or FPO boxes through the US Postal
Service. While filling out the billing and shiping address
sections during checkout select the appropriate field.

AP: Armed Forces Pacific
Please enter the zip code for the APO/FPO in the zip code field
and we will automatically calculate the correct postage.
Continue through the checkout process as normal.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in our Chesterfield, Missouri
headquarters. Simply select "Customer Pick-UP" as your
shipping option. There are no shipping charges and your order
will be waiting in will call.

How do I track my order?
To track your order you can login into your account by
click "My
Account" on the homepage and click order history. Or you
can click "Tracking" on the homepage and enter your email address
and order number.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes, ShowMeCables offers blind drop shipping. We print
your company's name on the packing list.
Can I use my FedEx/UPS account?
Yes, we accept FedEx and UPS account numbers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, our site automatically calculates rates to Mexico and
Canada. If you desire shipping to other countries, pleasese
contact us for a quote. Please note: Customers are
responsible for all tariffs, taxes, or duties that are assessed by
the United States or the country of shipment.
