How do I return a product?
To return an item, please ship the item back to:

Please enclose a copy of your order or your packing slip. Your RMA number is your order number. There is no need to call us to alert us to your return and get an RMA number.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders under the following conditions.

How can I get a quote?
To build a quote, place all the items you want quoted in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart click the "quote" button. Fill out your personal information and click continue. The website will automatically send an email to the address provided. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
How do I track my order?
To track your order you can login into your account by click "My Account" on the homepage and click order history. Or you can click "Tracking" on the homepage and enter your email address and order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Please note: Customers are responsible for all tariffs, taxes, or duties that are assessed by the United States or the country of shipment.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in our Chesterfield, Missouri headquarters. Simply select "Customer Pick-UP" as your shipping option. There are no shipping charges and your order will be waiting in will call.

If you would like to receive a quote on items from our site, please fill your shopping cart with the items you need. Once complete, follow the checkout procedure. After Filling out your personal information, but before inputting any credit card information, please select the Instant Quote button on the bottom of the page. This will automatically send a quote to the email address that you have supplied.

We do not charge sales tax for orders being sold or shipped outside the state of Missouri.
If your organization desires tax exempt status on our site, we require a current IRS 149 Tax Exempt Form.
If you are a state or local government, federal agency, or public school you do not need to fill out this form. Simply close this window and continue checkout.
