RMA number is your order number. There is no need to call us to
alert us to your return and get an RMA number.
Yes, we accept purchase orders under the following
conditions.
- Government agencies, universities, hospitals, and other public
instituations are free to submit purchases orders without any
credit review.
- Companies and Corporations must submit a credit
application.
- There is a $100 minimum for all purchase orders

To build a quote, place all the items you want quoted in your
shopping cart. In the shopping cart click the "quote"
button. Fill out your personal information and click
continue. The website will automatically send an email to the
address provided. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

homepage and click order history. Or you can click "Tracking"
on the homepage and enter your email address and order number.

Yes, local pickup is available in our Chesterfield, Missouri
headquarters. Simply select "Customer Pick-UP" as your
shipping option. There are no shipping charges and your order
will be waiting in will call.
