• Government agencies, universities, hospitals, and other public institutions are free to submit purchase orders without any credit review.
• Companies and Corporations must submit a credit application.

• There is a $100 minimum for all purchase orders.
• To place your order:
  • Check out as usual and select Purchase Order as your payment method. Then fax your purchase order to 1-888-519-9515.
  • Optionally, you can just fax us your Purchase Order to us at 1-888-519-9515.
